Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number and shipping label within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will email you a FedEx label so you can ship your item/s back for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and shipped within 7 days from the day the RA# is issued.
Although we check all merchandise prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects or damage. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Sale items, special orders and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Any piece sold at a 30% discount or over is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise. No COD deliveries accepted. Returned items must be packed with sufficient padding to ensure safe delivery. Devon Leigh Designs, Inc. will not be responsible for items damaged in transit due to insufficient or inappropriate packaging.
